  • Each year, nearly 4 million sports related concussions occur and half of them go undetected and untreated.

​

  • Over time, repeated head injury can lead to Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), an untreatable brain disease that can cause memory loss, depression, dementia, and more.​

The                        system can measure and provide real-time "alerts" about possible concussion-strength impacts to players via the Bluetooth enabled                        system .

After detection of a head impact, MyACTome measures the players postural stability and gait physiology to help parents and coaches determine if the head impact affected the players balance and stability.
